Perfect rigging wristwatch.

My favorite watches ever. Bertucci makes them.

They have a great feature of old military watches: the band-pins are integral with the case. This means the pins can't pop out, so I can work overhead without risk of dropping my watch on someone. Extraordinarily practical, and close enough to elegant for me. Very reasonably priced. I wouldn't consider another watch as long as these are available. Some tradesmen might wish to be cautious about the integral pins, since it means the watch won't break-away if snagged on machinery. But for riggers it's a virtue. I've several times forgotten to remove my watch when drilling holes in concrete with a large rotohammer, but that doesn't bother these babies.

Hey J-just had supper with my brother Bert. Thanks for taking the time to get into contact with him-maybe we could all hook up sometime and shoot the breeze 'bout bikes 'n rope. B
