My old Canadian-built Raleigh Grand Prix wears Albatross bars. Prior to mounting the Tech-77 break levers, which feature "parking brake" plungers, I ringbolt-hitched the levers with tarred seine twine, finished with a 3-ply 4x3 Turk's Head at one end and a 2-ply at the other.
