This project led to me brokering a joint research project between Cirque Du Soleil and Harvard School of Engineering.
I designed these for my rig on the advice of Barry Griffin. These are the blocks we use for 1/8" Cortland Cable Plasma cordage. Tait Towers filled in the details and built them. They are practical, and work really well. Looks simple but the material, finish, and dimensions are very specific.
I use Plasma to reduce reciprocating mass on artist safety longes.
